DIY Banana Boat Bites

Hey guys!
Today I will be showing you how to make DIY BANANA BOAT BITES. These are great for snacks or parties! They are super simple to make, that they only takes 3 STEPS!!
So lets get started!!

STEP 1: Gather your supplies: A knife, a plate, a banana (or more if you would like to make more then one serving), chocolate(I would recommend chocolate chips for this, but all I had was baking chocolate so that is what I used.), and peanut (or almond)butter.

STEP 2: Cut up your banana and spread peanut butter on the tops. You do not have to completely cover your banana pieces with peanut butter but just the tops.

STEP 3: Lastly cut up your chocolate( if you are using baking chocolate) and sprinkle it over your banana bites. (OPTIONAL: Stick your bites in the freezer for 10 minutes for a cold treat).

And your done! I hope you guys enjoyed today's post! Let me know what you think in the comments! Have a great day and I'll see ya later! -BloggerGirl

Easy Quiche

Hey Bakers and Chefs! Today is a Fantastic Friday recipe! Yay I am back to posting on here again! So be sure to come back next week for another Fantastic Friday recipe.
Today's recipe I am going to share with you guys today is how to make Quiche. I love eating Quiche so I thought you guys would want to know how to make it.
(This recipe can be adapted to your liking. I made mini Quiche but you can also put this in a 9x13 pan, all you have to do is double everything.)
So without any further adieu...get started!

To start off we are going to need to make the crust. So the ingredients you are going to need to make this crust are: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 TBSP sugar, 5 TBSP water, and 1/2 cup SOFTENED butter(or one stick).
Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl. Use knifes to cut the butter into the flour.

After you have finished making your crust wrap up with plastic wrap. Then place in your refrigerator to chill.
After about 10-15 minutes take out and roll out dough. Using a circle cutter cut out 12 circles.

Place those circles into little aluminium(or silicon or medal) muffin cups. Use your fingers to push up the sides of the dough to the cup. You can place all these back in the refrigerator to chill or leave out util our filling is ready.

In a bowl mix together,  8 eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper.
(Beat the eggs)

Pour your filling into your mini cups and place in your pre-heated oven. (Set your oven to 350 F )
Cook for about 25 minutes.

Once tops look slightly brown and you can stick a toothpick in it and it comes out clean, their done! Let cool completely before serving. You may sprinkle salt and pepper or basil over if desired.

And your done! Enjoy these with your friends and family! This is also a great breakfast or dinner idea if you are running late just grab and go. (This is a savory food so it is not sweet.)
And your done!! I really hope you enjoyed today's post, if you did let me know in the comments down below! I hope you try this out!! I can't wait to show you all the recipes I have been working on. They will be coming soon on future Fridays! Have a great day and week and I'll see you on Friday with a new Fantastic Friday recipe! -BloggerGirl

Homemade Ice Cream Cones

Hey guys! Today I wanted to show you how to make your own Homemade Ice Cream cones! I am so excited about this recipe because it's summer and what better to pair off your homemade ice cream with a homemade cone! I will leave the link to my homemade ice cream at the end of this post! But I really hope you try out this recipe because believe me these cones are amazing! So enough of me going on about these cones, let me show you how to make them! (also I do not own this recipe)

Step 1:
Gather your ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar,2 eggs,3 Tbsp milk,1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, 2/3 cup sifted flour, and 2 Tbsp melted butter(room temperature).
Step 2:
Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Starting with the wet, then the dry. Pre-heat a pan over a stove top on the lowest it can go.
Step 3:
Take about 1 1/2 Tbsp on the the pan and spread it out quickly. Let it cook. Do not pry up the edges at all before it is completely cooked. It took about 4 minutes total  to cook my cone on both sides.
Step 4:
When it is cooked, quickly take off the heat and shape it into a cone shape. Let it cool. It will keep it's shape if you do it quickly.

Step 5:
Once it has cooled completely for 1 or 2 hours, you are ready to serve. (You can dip the end of the cone in chocolate so that the ice cream doesn't drip out.) Scoop some ice cream into your cone and your done! Enjoy!
I hope you enjoyed that recipe! Let me know if you make it! So sorry that I haven't been posting in a while. But I hope to be posting more soon! Have a great day and I will see you next time I post! -BloggerGirl
