Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

If your like me and on a diet then this recipe is for you! These wonderful pancakes will leave you satisfied in the morning as you eat a healthy breakfast. 
Ingredients: 1 cup of mashed pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp- cinnamon, 1 1/2 cup millet flour.                                                                                                   
Utensils you will need: Measuring spoons and cups. 1 bowl and 1 measuring spoon to pour on to skillet. A skillet and 1 spatula.   
Instructions: Mix in all your ingredients into a bowl. Mix until no flour can be seen. Grease your skillet and heat it up. Then pour 1/3 of the batter onto the skillet.  This recipe makes about 9 or 10 pancakes.
