Gluten Free Mango Crisp Pancakes

Here is a recipe you'll love! And if you have seen my other post then you'll know I love pancakes!
What you will need for this recipe is:                 
1/2 cup mango
2 eggs                                                                     
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coffee 
1 cup of millet flour

Mix your mango and eggs in a bowl. Then add all your other ingredients. Stir well. Then pour your batter onto the pan in little circle shapes. This recipe makes about 9-10 small pancakes.
