Homemade Pizza

Hey Everyone!!Today I am going to show you how to make...PIZZA!! Last Friday my sister Sarah and I made pizza together so... we thought we would share it with you! So is how to make pizza! Hope you all love it! <3

What you will need:
1 cup of warm water,(in a bowl) 1 cup of ground chickpea's, 1 Tbsp of yeast, 1 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp sugar, 6 cups of white flour, 1 large bowl, 1 measuring cup, measuring spoons,  and a large spoon.

 Step 1:
Sprinkle your yeast over your warm water. Then sprinkle in your sugar and half your salt. Leave your yeast to grow for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 2:
In your large bowl add your chickpea's, the rest of you salt and the bowl of risen yeast.
Stir in really well. Lol it took us a while to take this picture! :P

Step 3:
Add your flour in slowly. You might want to have someone help you with this part because you will need someone to stir it while you are adding the flour.
Sarah and I had a bit of fun with the flour! Kneed the dough by pressing it down with your fists.(like I am doing in the picture) Do this until all your flour is gone into the dough. Let your dough rise for about 35-45 minutes or more until your dough has grown.
 Step 4:
Take a pizza stone or a baking sheet, (we are using a pizza stone) and grease with olive oil. Press out half of your dough onto your pizza stone. Make like a pizza crust by flatting it out and pressing up the edges. Pour your sauce onto the pizza and smooth it out. If you want me to post the recipe for the tomato sauce then let me know in the comments. Sprinkle your cheese all over. It depends on how cheesy your like your pizza. Sarah and I wanted our to be extra cheesy! :)
Final Step 5:
Drizzle your olive oil over your pizza before you put your pizza in your pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Put it in the oven for ten minutes. Then take it out and turn it around for ten more minutes. And there you have yummy pizza! We had so much fun making this and eating it! This recipe makes 2 pizza's. Let us know what you want us to make next! Have a great day and I will see you next time I post!! :)  -Blogger Girl
