Banana Bread

                                                  Banana Bread
 Banana Bread is one of my favorite breakfast foods to make! But since I am on a gluten free diet I decided to make a regular banana bread recipe and a gluten free recipe!! First I will tell you the ingredients for the regular one then the ingredients for the gluten free one. But the instructions are the same for both of the banana bread recipes.  :)
What you will need:

Ingredients:                                           Utensils:
3 bananas                                              1 mixing bowl
2 eggs                                                    a spoon
3/4 cup of white sugar                           measuring cups and spoons.
2 cups of flour                                       1 bread pan
1 tsp salt                                                1 sheet of baking paper
1 tsp baking soda

Now for the gluten free ingredients:        

3 bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
2 cups of millet flour
1 Tbsp of coconut flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Lets get started! :)
First mash your banana and put in a mixing bowl. Crack your 2 eggs into the bowl. Then measure out your 3/4 cup of sugar and place in the bowl. Stir well. Add your flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until well combined. Line your bread pan with your one sheet of baking paper. Pour your batter into your bread pan. Place into the oven at 350 degree's. Set your timer for 20 minutes. Once those 20 minutes are over turn your bread around and leave in for another 20 minutes. After your bread has finished baking, slide a fork into to it. If it comes out clean then it is ready. But if it doesn't then leave in in for 5-10 more minutes. Let it cool for about an hour before serving.  Here is what the gluten free banana bread should look like:
